These terms govern your use of 961private.club and 961 Tickets, and your attendance at events organised or ticketed by 961 Private Club Inc. ("961"). By buying a ticket or using the site you accept them.
1. Tickets
A ticket is a revocable licence to attend the event named on it. Tickets are delivered by email as a QR code. Each QR code admits one person once; keep it private, a screenshot shared with others may be refused at the door. Prices are shown in Canadian or US dollars as stated at checkout; a service fee and applicable taxes are added and shown before you pay.
2. Refunds and changes
All sales are final. If an event is cancelled, the ticket price and service fee are refunded to the original payment method within 10 business days. If an event is postponed or moved, your ticket remains valid for the new date or venue; if you cannot attend, write to tickets@961private.club within 7 days of the announcement for a refund. Line-ups, set times and venues may change without refund where the event still takes place.
3. Entry
Events are 18+ unless stated otherwise. Valid government photo ID is required and must match the name on the ticket where the event is named. 961 and its venues may refuse or remove anyone who is intoxicated, aggressive, in breach of venue rules or presenting an invalid ticket, without refund. Dress codes, where announced, are enforced. Bags may be searched.
4. Resale
Tickets may not be resold above face value or through unauthorised channels. 961 may cancel tickets it reasonably believes were obtained or resold in breach of these terms.
5. Photography and recording
By attending, you consent to being photographed or filmed by 961 or its partners and to the use of such material for promotion without compensation. If you do not wish to appear, tell a staff member at the event.
6. Promoters and partners
Events sold on 961 Tickets by third-party promoters are organised by that promoter, who is responsible for the event. 961 provides ticketing and promotion services under a separate agreement with the promoter. Refunds for such events follow section 2 and are processed by 961 on the promoter's behalf.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, 961 is not liable for indirect losses, travel or accommodation costs, or loss caused by events outside its reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under the laws of Québec or your place of residence, including consumer protection law.
8. Use of the site
You may not scrape, copy or interfere with the site or 961 Tickets, or use automated tools to buy tickets. Content on the site, including the 961 name, logo and astronaut, belongs to 961 Private Club Inc. and may not be used without written permission.
9. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Québec and the federal laws of Canada applicable there. Disputes are brought before the courts of the district of Laval, except where mandatory consumer law gives you another forum.
10. Membership and VIP draw
961 membership is free and open to anyone 18 or older who subscribes on 961private.club. Members receive early access to tickets before public release, a member rebate on ticket prices at 961 events (the rebate is shown at checkout and may vary by event), and entry into the VIP draw. VIP draw rules: no purchase is necessary. To be eligible for a given draw, a member must be subscribed with a valid email and must follow all of 961 Private Club's official social media pages, as listed on 961private.club/contact, at the time of the draw and when the prize is claimed. Each eligible member is entered once per event promoted by 961, whether or not they buy a ticket. The draw is open to residents of Canada and the United States who are 18 or older, except where prohibited by law; employees of 961 Private Club Inc., the event's promoter and their immediate families are not eligible. One winner per event is selected at random from all eligible members after ticket sales close, and must correctly answer a skill-testing question. The prize is a VIP experience at that event as described in the winner notice (for example a reserved table or section, bottle service or artist meet and greet); it has no cash value, is non-transferable and must be used at that event. The winner is notified by email and must confirm, and show that they follow the official pages, within 48 hours, failing which another winner is drawn. Odds depend on the number of eligible members at the time of the draw. By accepting the prize, the winner consents to 961 announcing their first name and city. 961 may modify or cancel the draw for an event if the event is cancelled or if required by law. Members can unsubscribe at any time, which ends membership and eligibility.
